Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order delivered within India. There are no Cash on Delivery charges.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed (or of COD confirmation). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your pincode. Enter your pincode on any product page to see an estimated delivery date. Remote locations, including parts of the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and the islands, may take a few extra days.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partner (Shiprocket and its courier network). If a pincode is not serviceable, you will see this before you pay.

Cash on Delivery confirmation

For COD orders we send a confirmation message on WhatsApp or SMS. Please confirm so we can dispatch quickly. Unconfirmed COD orders may be called once and then cancelled if we cannot reach you.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can also use our Track Order page.

Failed delivery attempts

If the courier cannot deliver (no one available, incorrect address or phone unreachable), they will usually re-attempt. You can reschedule or update the address from the message you receive. After repeated failed attempts the order may be returned to us; prepaid orders returned this way are refunded in full after the parcel reaches our warehouse.

Damaged parcel

If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, please record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Exchange Policy for damaged, defective or wrong items.
