Using the website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Orders for children’s clothing are placed by parents or guardians.
• Please give accurate contact and delivery details. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content (see our Intellectual Property Policy).

Products, colours and sizes

We work hard to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting, and garment measurements may vary by about 1 inch due to handmade finishing. Size charts are a guide.

Prices and offers

Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders as described in our Cancellation Policy. COD orders may need confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or call before dispatch.

Delivery, exchanges and refunds

These are covered by our Shipping, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund policies, which form part of these terms.

Reviews and content you share

Reviews and photos you submit must be genuine and your own. By submitting them, you allow FACOBE to display them on our website and social channels with your first name. We may decline or remove content that is misleading, offensive or unrelated. Please share photos of children only if you are their parent or guardian.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer.
