Exchange Policy

The short version

• Exchange for a different size or colour of the same product within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags and packaging, in resalable condition.
• You send the item back to us; we ship the replacement to you free of charge.
• Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced free (details below).
• We do not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind.

How to request an exchange

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 7982688148 or use the Contact form within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and the size or colour you want.
2. We confirm availability and share our warehouse address.
3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and send it to us. You pay the cost of sending it back. Please keep the courier receipt.
4. Once we receive and check the item (usually within 2 business days), we dispatch the new size or colour at no extra cost.

If your new size is not in stock

We will tell you before you send anything back. You can choose another available size or colour of the same product, or wait for a restock.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification we send a free replacement and arrange pickup of the original where possible. If a replacement is not possible because the item is out of stock, we refund the amount paid for that item.

Items that cannot be exchanged

• Items worn, washed, altered, or without original tags or packaging.
• Items bought in a clearance sale marked “final sale”.
• Requests made after 7 days from delivery.
