Payment Policy

Ways to pay

• Online (prepaid): UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets, processed securely by our payment partner PayU through Shiprocket Checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): pay in cash or by UPI to the delivery partner where available. COD is free; we do not charge any COD fee.

Prepaid offer

Orders paid online get ₹50 off, applied automatically at checkout. The offer may be changed or withdrawn; the amount shown at checkout is final.

Security

Card and bank details are entered on our payment partner’s secure systems. FACOBE does not see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Failed or double payments

If money was debited but your order was not confirmed, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will help.

Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free.
