If the product is unworn, unwashed, tags intact, and returned within 7 days of delivery — you get a full refund.
Refund timelines
- Prepaid (UPI / cards / NB / wallets): 5–7 business days from when we receive the return.
- COD: refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5 business days.
We do not refund
- Shipping charges (we don’t charge any anyway — free shipping).
- Items marked Final Sale.
- Items showing signs of use.
- Custom / made-to-order pieces.
Cancellation
- Before dispatch: 100% refund. WhatsApp us within 6 hours.
- After dispatch: treated as a return, per the policy above.
