7-day easy exchange
Not the right fit? Exchange for a different size within 7 days of delivery. Just:
- WhatsApp us the order ID + reason.
- We arrange a free Delhivery pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect, we ship the replacement.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders — refunded to original payment method in 5–7 business days.
- COD orders — refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
What we can’t accept back
- Items worn or washed.
- Items missing tags.
- Items with makeup / perfume / body-oil marks.
- Innerwear and undergarments (hygiene).
- Items marked Final Sale.
