- Payment details (processed by PayU — we don’t see your card details).
- Order history (to serve you better).

- Cookies for cart, wishlist, remembered pincode.
We do NOT collect
- Your Aadhaar, PAN, or government ID unless legally required.
- Your bank account or CVV.
- Precise GPS location.
How we use it
- Deliver your order.
- Send order updates via email + WhatsApp.
- Improve the store (aggregated analytics only).
- Marketing communication IF you opted in — unsubscribe any time.
Who we share with
- Delhivery and other courier partners (only what they need to deliver).
- PayU (payment processing).
- Meta and Google (aggregated, hashed data for ads — never your name or phone in plain text).
- Legal authorities if required by law.
Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
- Right to know what data we hold about you.
- Right to correct it.
- Right to have it deleted.
